RM of Mariposa’s story
The Rural Municipality of Mariposa No. 350 was incorporated as a rural municipality on December 12, 1910, in west-central Saskatchewan.
Within its boundaries sits the village of Tramping Lake, and the unincorporated locality of Broadacres also lies in the municipality. Today the RM is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the second Wednesday of each month, and its office is in Kerrobert.
